Uses 6 x 3mm FHCS screws to pull tapers together to lock onto the shaft. Length depends on the shaft to Locking Taper fitment.
You can easily add the female taper and bolt circle to another gear or something you've created in Fusion by adding a 17.8mm circle then extruding with a -2 degree taper. The 6 hole circle is 24.625 mm diameter.
Print settings I used:
.5mm width with smallest layer height you like doing on small parts (.2 is fine, .1 is better).
I used 6-7 outside layers which should mostly fill all of the parts, if not completely. On the 100+ tooth sizes I used 25% adaptive cubic and it seems to be more than enough.
100% infill on the tapers or they might not grab.
