Model Rocket E-Bay sled

This model is a closure and a sled for a BT-60 sized rocket tube flying a telemetrum and a 400mAh lipo battery (links below). This uses the christmas light ejection charges (https://user.xmission.com/~jry/rocketry/mini-bulb-mortar/mini-bulb-pyros.html) so no need for e-matches. I designed this specifically for the star orbiter so all of the dimensions are pretty specific. Here's what you need:

-e-bay tube, inner diameter = 38.4mm, outer diameter = 39.7 (if you make this by cutting down a bt-60 tube and then wrapping it around the closures, that should give you the right fit). Length =153.4mm
