I have been tweaking my E5P trying to get the print speed up. Around 200mm/sec I was seeing the frame tweaking during rapid direction changes. I designed these braces to help reduce the frame flex I was seeing.
Print with your standard PLA settings and 20% infill.
I have printed this brace in two different orientations
1) Laying on its' side with (support material from bed if you have problems bridging)
2)Laying on the long flat face
While it uses a little more material I recommend printing on its side. This brace feels more rigid when printed on its side, based on my calibrated hand flex test ;).
The brace will require two m4 socket head bolts x 15mm long and two m4 Tee nuts.
