In this design I used the “coil” function wich lets you adapt the thread for other dimensions. The “thread” function of Fusion360 provides only fix parameters. The length or the needle can be customized as well.
I printed it with PRUSA Galaxy Black PETG, layer height 0,15, the threaded part with 0,1.
The needle is made from a brass tube (od=4 mm, id=3mm), inserted into the plastic part (with a little help of a hammer) and then cutted with a Dremel at an angle of 30 deg.
I foul the seal (od=19,5 mm, th=3 mm) in my workshop.
For a better grip I used the “knurl”-plugin from Fusion App Store. If you do not have I installed, you can suppress this function in the timeline of Fusion.
