So as you will see I am in the process of making a Boba Fett Helmet and she who must be obeyed (only when she finds out) got upset when I had an overspray onto the control dials of her tumble dryer. God knows why, it's in the garage and she only looks at it on high days and holidays.  Before you jump to her defence I do the washing in the main.

Anyway, a bit of a hunt around the 3d printing webiverse and this from @aidilmazlan gave me an idea.   I had some 9mm and 5mm ply offcuts lying about so I set to making a Spray Booth that I can quickly put together when she sets the alarm off.

How to join the parts together and knock it down in a thrice, and what does this have to do with 3d Printing?

The turn table is a Lazy Susan bearing from Amazon.  I have no affiliate links as I don't believe it is a good thing to profit from others.  I would have purchased this locally but to no avail so Amazon it was.

Well, here you are welcome to six joiners of ply. Front Bottom Left, Front Bottom Right (no jokes please), Rear Bottom Left, Rear Bottom Right, Rear Top Left, Rear Top Right all printed in eSun Black PLA+.

I have included the Fusion 360 files as it is a bit untidy and you may not have a life and wish to amend it to whatever Ply,  timber or even perspex you have lying around.

If you do a remix can I have a copy of the link and I'll post it here?

There is also a plan for the booth to figure out how the parts go together, as well as .step, .stl and .3mf files.

I did discover that Prusa Slicer can add text to parts so you may find it easier to plonk the part names on each bit for later identifiers.
