OK, this is a bit niche. I had converted my David Clark headset to incluce active noise cancelling with a kit from here

https://www.aviationheadsets.co.uk/noise-cancelling-conversions/

It comes with a simple box/switch containing a 9v battery. I wanted to create a new case to be able to use a rechargable battery with much higher capacity. The 9v is sent directly to the headset.

The new case contains a 2 boards from aliexpress

- UPS board which takes care of charging the 18650 battery, and stepping the 3.8v up to 9v

- Single cell lithium battery voltage display

The DC socket is 5.5mm x 2.1mm lockable, I bought this (but only used the socket)

The push button switch to test the voltage

The rocker switch to turn on the UPS
