This is a chess set that I designed years ago to print sequentially ("Complete individual objects" in PrusaSlicer) in order to have an extremely quick print while having no seams due to the spiral vase mode.
The set can print in about 2 hours (see last photo and gcode) but you have to tweak your settings since PrusaSlicer likes to slow down outer perimeters AND small perimeters, and this set almost exclusively uses both. The speed at which you can print depends a lot on your printer stability (although there are not a lot of sharp corners) and your cooling capacity. I printed mine at 0,24mm but this can cause issues at the top of some of the pieces.
Secondly, when printed in vase mode, the pieces are light, but usable in non-windy conditions (don't take them to the park). I have printed multiple sets and started to drop washers in them during printing which helps a lot.
When printing sequentially, make sure that you take the shape of your printer in account in order to determine print. Here you can see how the pieces were printed on my old printer:
I also designed the board which is made from lasercut acrylic and have added the PDF files as well. I really love how this set turned out and I hope you do to!
Happy printing, and if you like my models you can follow me for more awesomeness!
