Finally got a potentiometer to repair my old 4.1 speaker system, but the only one I could find was 20kohm instead of 10kohm and had a knurled knob in the wrong position and decided to share in case anyone else could use.

There is a rather sizable hole still since the new know position is near top of the old hole but other than some kind of snap in cover not much to be done, I just left it since its fine, and drilled some holes to ziptie the original chasis back together :)

The original specs matched what is googlable on tomshardware and hardocp

The pot is a KIE
10K x4 stages
15A10 K Ohms x4
PCB Mount: 12 pins

I got an alpha from alibaba and a KIE 20K on ebay and the KIE 20k is what fit.

Source is included, some minor alterations to the power sketch can be used to replace the m3d, I had the volume set up close to the original before botching it after seeing the holes didnt line up, and i didnt do anything for the bass or fade.
