To test my microcontroller project I was looking for a test stand for the stepper 28BYJ-48 5V
but all what I found, was not what I searching for, so I make my own Design.
I have made two different pointers, both are designed to fit tightly on the shaft.
No.1 with flattened hole. No.2 without flattened hole, so you can position this pointer freely on the shaft. (can also be used on other motors with 5mm shaft).
Unfortunately I had to realize that depending on the supplier the board with the ULN2003 is not always the same size, my stand fits a 34.5 x 32 mm board. The circuit board may need to be adjusted slightly with a file. The circuit board is fixed at the four corners with a little superglue.
All parts printed with PLA on Anycubic Kobra2
Nozzle 0,4mm - layerhigh 0,2mm - Infill 100% - Speed 120mm/s
Print parts with the flat side down - no supports needed.
Additionally needed:
- 1x Steppermotor 28BYJ-48
- 1x motor driver board with ULN2003 chip
- 2x Countersunk Screw M3x8
- 2x hex-nut M3
