It's late fall, the sun is getting low in the sky, and you've limited out for the day. It's time to circle the wagons, crack a cold one, and reminisce about your buddies' shoot and release technique (as we are conservationists after all). As you dig through the cooler looking for that last fireball shooter, you need somewhere to safely rest your shotgun without scratching the paint on your now mud-covered rig. Enter the Rig Racc.
The Rig Racc securely adheres to any metallic panel of your rig using 5 integral magnets, allowing you to safely stow your shotgun while you unload your harvest for the day.
This model is designed to firmly grasp the barrel of a standard 12 gauge shotgun but will also accept smaller gauged barrels.
After extensive field testing and a few missed shots of my own, the Rig Racc has proven itself a valuable asset to have along on your next hunting excursion.
The team at Rig Racc wishes you continued safe and successful hunts and reminds you to ALWAYS verify Rig Raccs are clear before heading to the local watering hole!
I am running a BambuLab X1C so the settings may vary for your particular machine as the X1C is not your standard Ender 3.
Drying your TPU filament prior to printing is an absolute must as it is extremely moisture sensitive. I like to run my TPU through a dehydrator around 60C for 8-12 hours prior to printing. I then set the spool up in a filament dryer while printing in order to maintain print quality as I did notice more stringing toward the end of the print if left in open air.
After applying the settings listed below, you will need to slice and then add a pause prior to starting the first layer above the magnet cavities. Once sliced, verify which layer starts to cover the magnet cavities and add your pause at that layer. (Bambu Studio pauses before starting the selected layer - yours may vary). You will then need to re-slice your print. Once you begin printing and your print pauses, you will need to insert the magnets (linked below) by hand and resume the print. Your printer will be on autopilot from there.
TPU settings that have worked for me are as follows. Again, yours may vary greatly if not running a high speed printer like the X1C but this is what worked for me:
Density: 1.2111 g/cm3
Nozzle: Min. 200C, Max 230C
Build Plate: 30C (all layers)
Volumetric Speed: 2mm3/s
General Settings:
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Walls: 2
Infill: 20% Gyroid
Seam position: Aligned

You may see some stringing or globs at the seams. Larger globs can be shaved off with a knife and any stringing can be burned off with a torch.
