We often have requests to see our 3D printers and action at our makerspace. This is a remix of Articulated Robot In 10 Minutes by Nir Dobovizki, an excellent sub-15-minute demo print.
I remodeled the robot in Fusion 360 which made some remixing and adjusting of tolerances easier. In addition to the changes to the joint tolerances, I also added the Makerplace's logo to the chest and swapped the model's hands with LEGO-compatible minifig hands.
This model has been loaded on the internal memory of our Dremel 3D printers which makes it super easy to print on demand.
It looks pretty good on a larger scale too.
