Do not use the Arachne perimeter generator (standard in Prusa Slicer), it will break the model. Use the classic perimeter generator instead for the best results.
For the best results with TPU I recommend:
Dry your filament, TPU is very hygroscopic. It will string much less when dry.
Tune your retraction settings after drying: for me 0.8mm length, 30mm/s retraction, 20mm/s deretraction worked great. Printspeed (volumetric) was 1.7mm³/s.
Supports (set to snug) came off relatively easy.
