I created this to hold my Sharpies for my filament colorization projects. It can be stationary or rotated using the base plate and a standard skateboard wheel bearing.
The top piece must be glued into the bottom piece for it to hold securely. I have also added a small lip on the base to create some drag when rotating so that it does not spin in an uncontrolled manner.
