This is a quick bracket designed to screw down a USB 3.0 hub to a desktop service. The hub has rubber feet, but nothing would prevent it from moving around. It's probably only useful for this one style of Hub purchased on amazon. Specifically, the 10-port powered hub, there seem to be several styles of enclosures under this one name.
