This device gives the approximate center location of a standard wall stud by locating the dry wall screws in the board. Large grip for comfort and ease of use.
I used these these magnets (quite strong) to get the best results. Smaller magnets may work, but depending on the thickness of your gypsum board, may not make the task as easy.
Magnets were fixed into place with 4-5 drops of CA glue.
Prints well in PETG and PLA without supports, but the quality of the magnet pockets may vary depending on settings used.
- Center hole for marking with a tool.
- 2 Arrow forms for center marking.
