I made this mount so I could mount some Behringer Amplifiers under my studio desks.
Have tested with the following Amplifiers:
- iNuke NU6000DSP (Recommend 2 Pairs)
- NX1000D (Requires 3)
- NX3000D (Requires 3)
Should be printed in PLA+ as a minimum, but I did mine in PETG-CF as I find in AU PLA to be pretty useless.
Larger Amps like the 6000 series should use 2 pairs, 1 set for the front and 1 set for the rear.
These may fit other rack mount Amps, but you will need to check the hieght and se if its the same as the models listed above, also these amps a fan cooled and vent out the back, not out the top.
I recommend printing 3 brackets, 2 for the sides at the front so the rack ears can sit against them stopping it sliding, and a 3rd one for the rear to lock it in place, you can however use just 1 pair, they are plenty strong and just put some small strips of 2 way tape on them to stop the amp from sliding back and forwards.
Print laying on its side, no supports and minimal to no fan required, use 4 walls and 50% infill and they will be plenty strong.
