A safer way of storing needles than those tiny pillows.
The two parts screw in, making the needles inaccessible to pets. The tight fit may make the first screw-in of the cap harder, especially if you don't have a well calibrated 3D printer. The tight fit is intentional, making it hard for kids to open it.
Another advantage of this case is that it makes the needles easier to carry and move around.
For print settings, I used 10% cubic infill, 0.2mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle. I printed the base with a raft, and the cap didn't have any bed adhesion structure.
Consider the print settings as a reference, not a set of rules. You should adjust your print setting based on your printer. If you get really bad fitment, then try to change some slicer settings.
Edit 29/10/2025 - Fixed an error where the model was 100x smaller in the slicer than in real life.
