Description
This storage mounting system allows you to install SSDs and HDDs to your Zimaboard while keeping all the SATA cables hidden and allowing different configurations.
You can install a single or double SSD or HDD to a mix between both 2.5 and 3.5 drives.
Required parts
M3 treaded inserts
M3 Screws (6mm, 8mm, 16mm)
Assembly
- Install inserts on printed parts
- Remove existing screws from Zimaboard
- Attach desired case/bracket to Zimaboard using 16mm screws
- Attach more case/brackets as needed with 8mm screws
- Install SSD or HDD
- Connect SATA cables
- Attach corresponding base with 8mm screws
- Install corresponding cable cover
