This is leaf 3 from @CReid_287071's Monstera Leaves Pack scaled down and with an attachment point for the Blaliden's M4 screw.
I added the step file because you may need to mess with the hole size to get the screw to fit properly. 3.9mm worked for me, which is what is uploaded here.
