A modern and simple yet decorative planter. It consists of two parts, the actual flower pot and an insert that holds the soil with the plant. This design creates a cavity underneath the insert, which collects excess water.
Print Settings
- Print the planter and the insert one time each
- Any basic PLA should work
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 0.4 mm nozzle
- 2 perimeters
- 15 % adaptive cubic infill (or similar)
- PrusaSlicer speed profile
If your printer and/or material are not dialed in perfectly, it may help to print the lower centimeter of the planter with 3 perimeters so it will not leak any water. This can be achived with a simple modifier within your slicer.
The planter shown in the picture has been printed in Recycling Fabrik “Schimmernde Nacht” rPLA. Also, please don't be mean to my little funny looking beech tree sapling. She's getting there…
