This model was used during software development when I wasn't sure the motor would suffice for my application.
There are 2 kinds of markings on the ring :
- The smaller are spaced by 5 degrees
- The bigger are spaced by 30 degrees
The rig was useful to determine the number of steps per rotation, the counter backlash, and the best speed/acceleration profile.
I've printed it in 0.2mm, but 0.3 should suffice.
