Print Vent using supports, cover without. Can be scaled down to fit 6" and 4" vents. Your choice of material, I used PLA on .20 resolution because of the hinges. a Piece of filament or wire coat hanger will make a suitable pin (I opted for the metal coat hanger). The 2 peice vent you have to glue the tube on but can scale the tube to desired length on Z axis.
