EN

For those who want to take immediate action: I have good news for you ! A STL file pre-set for ~5.65mm Spool Pin is available and ready-to-go, just download, configure and feed it through your 3D printer.

How To

You need to keep a small degree of elasticity in this print, so follow these 3D printing instructions.

  • Single Perimeter Print: Prints only one perimeter. This simplifies the structure and reduces rigidity.
  • Zero Infill: Set your software's "Infill" parameters to 0%. Creating a hollow model is important.
  • One-layer Base and Top: Lower your number of low and high layers to 1, again to guarantee slight flexibility.
Modularity

You require a software called 'Blender' to unlock this “design’s full potential”. Simply open the blender file and boom! You are graced with a fully configurable model on your right-side panel. Adjust it till your heart's content, from size to shape. Following that, all what you need to do is export as STL - and voila!

Happy Sewing and 3D Printing! 😊🪡

FR
