I was bored and I wanted to make a big sword for halloween. I cut up the pieces to fit in a 220x220x220 build area, but most can fit in a smaller area. You do need a 1"x2"x about 6 foot wood board to put down the middle of your sword. I used this one from home depot. Other than that, the other hardware is printable. You need to print at least 1 part from every folder, then as many blade pieces as you want. The pictures are with 5 blade pieces and in the picture, I'm 6ft(~3m) tall for reference.

Everything doesn't have to be printed at to high of an infill, maybe 20-30%, but the pommel should be printed at as high an infill as you are comfortable with because it has to be heavy. I printed mine at 80%. You could also print it at a lower infill and fill it with weights.

Please comment if you have any questions, recommendations, or requests. This project is still evolving and I will be adding more options as I think of them.

EDIT 6/22/2024: I fixed the round pommel interface with the handle and I added a second handle and hilt like on some great swords.

EDIT 6/27/2024: I made the second hilt and handle flush with the blade and I fixed some tolerances with the bent hilt and changed the interface with the other parts for the bent hilt.
