Assembly Notes
Nut-Plate Note
In order to assemble this guitar, I had to chisel the neck away from the nut up so that the nut-plate was in place at the same level as the previous nut. Basically, I had to turn it from a U to a L, if that makes sense. Image of closeup of nut-plate is in the gallery.
Screws
Everything on this guitar uses M3 screws. I really liked the look of the black socket cap screws, which is why some of the screw holes in the designs don't have chamfers.
Soldering
I followed these guides to solder the parts together:

Stats
Printables won't allow me to upload the print files, but here's the filament usage and time:
Printer: Elegoo Neptune 4 Max
Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
Total Time: 2d7h44m
Filament Used: 2403.51g
Edit: v2
- Removed 8mm of material below saddle for better string alignment
- Added versions with M3x5x4 heat set inserts for mounting the saddle and the face plates.
- Removed Combined versions of files, and .3mf files for easier management of this project, as I will not be iterating on it often.
