Printable template to aid cutting Kapton tape to size and fix false Dpad inputs.
Print, and stick to roll of Kapton tape. The template is 17.75mm wide so any roll of tape over that thickness will do, I used 25mm.
Cut with a craft knife and then carefully apply to the PCB. I found long pointed PCB tweezers helped.
You can adjust the size of the print easily by adjusting the XY scale in your printing software.
