Each holder is 3x1, except for the 2" bit, which is 3x2.
This Porter-Cable set comes with 14 total bits, including a pair of 1/4" bits, so I've designed a ¼" holder that accommodates both in one, which allows for an even grid layout of 6x7. There's also an individual version of the ¼" holder.
