My first crack at a encounter tracking system for my Lancer TTRPG games. Made to go along with its sister creations:
Lancer Hex Bases

Lancer Condition Tracker
https://www.printables.com/model/823704-lancer-rpg-conditon-and-status-tracker

Primarily used for showing players the numbered NPC's Class and templates. I have condition/status stackers to go along with this as well, but I've stopped using them in favor of the condition hats as my players were struggling to keep track of the statuses of each NPC when they were on my DM screen. Now the toppers are just for NPC # and tempates

The initiative base piece has a slot for the NPC Class on the Player Side, and a groove for a piece of paper with NPC stats on the DM side

The template base has open grooves for paper, or the 3d printed plates I made for it because I was much too lazy to work on my hand writing for this.

I use a empty template base to toss on top of my NPCs and Player Trackers when they've used their activation for the turn.

Classes use a different sized plate to go with the base piece and aren't compatible with the toppers!

Printer Instructions:
All topper plates need to be flipped 180 degrees because I exported them upside down and didn't notice until I had exported all 100 of them, otherwise they print with no special considerations.
