Here's a video of me making this, which will be a helpful reference.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING ON THIS PROJECT
- Print the core in PETG. PLA is probably not strong enough
- The rest of the parts can be printed in whatever material you want
- Use a 0.8 nozzle
- Use M8x60 screws
- The small center parts don't need infill
- The wing files require mirrors. I don't have mirror files, so use your slicer to mirror the wings
- 2kg of each color was exactly enough for me, but if you mess up too many prints or use more infill than I did, then it'll probably need 3 rolls
- I don't know how much filament the core used, but probably 2 rolls max
- You need to superglue wings, centers, edges, corners, and core, so superglue and rubber bands for all those. Epoxy the core to be safe
- This might be a challenging build for some people who are new to puzzles and 3d printing. I don't want to be responsible if it goes badly - it went fine for me though. So print at your own risk. Actually, on second thought, just don't print this
Here's the center numbering scheme:
| CENTER | E-0 | E-1 | E-2 | E-3 |
| E-0 | 0-0 | 0-1 | 0-2 | 0-3 |
| E-1 | 1-0 | 1-1 | 1-2 | 1-3 |
| E-2 | 2-0 | 2-1 | 2-2 | 2-3 |
| E-3 | 3-0 | 3-1 | 3-2 | 3-3 |
| EDGE | w0 | w1 | w2 | w3 |
