Both a ball and stick and CPK or space filling representation of benzene are provided here as independent .stl files. These are at the same scale and help students to appreciate molecular size and shape, how different representations of the the same molecule can look dramatically different or emphasize different aspects of the molecule.
I've added a .3mf file in which I've colored the atoms by element (black for carbon, white for hydrogen). If you have an MMU or better yet multi-head XL you should be able to print these in color which will look much better. I don't know if the color information will be preserved on Bambu systems. I don't currently have multimaterial capability myself, but should by the end of the summer…
These models compliment the cyclohexane models I published before.

These and more will be gathered in the following collection so that eventually I hope to have a wide range of models appropriate for introductory organic chemistry in one place:

Printing: If you are printing directly from the .STL files, I would recommend a scale of 1000% with “snug” supports using otherwise default print settings. I used PLA, but any filament should be fine.
