The baseus 65W bricks with GAN are now everywhere, and for a reason.
For roughly 20 bucks these just work and are incredible. I mounted 7 of these
everywhere in the flat, to charge notebooks, Switch, Chromebook, phones, Steamdecks,
everything.
But since they are lying around everywhere, and i wanted to be able to simply put stuff in and pull it out, and so they dont take space up on a table, or behind the couch, i had to come up with something.
So i made a Desk/tablemount which you can simply add to every standard desk cutout.
(Most are ~62mm, so this has an diameter of 60mm)
You need two M3 screws and M3 heated inserts for it, or just doubletape the faceplate onto it in the end. :)
In one photo you see the print orientation for the main body, and how the supports should come off.
It supports desk/tablethickness from 15mm on. So you can also install this at a sideboard, or a floating sideboard (these tend to be a tad thinner).
Also comes with a very beefy screwnut, so you can easily turn that even in places with not much space. (used a thinner and “nicer” looking nut before, couldnt tighten that in a tight space and then came up with the new one)
Its a tad longer print, but super satisfying.
You can print this with a rougher preset/setup, the one from the photos was printed on a 0.8mm nozzle with 0.64mm layerheight.
