Your basic phone tripod, made with three standard number two pencils for legs.  The pencils fit snugly in their holes making this a very sturdy base.  The erasers on the feet prevent shifting.  You need to use either steeply sharpened pencils (like how they come out of the pre-sharpened box or with those little plastic hand sharpeners), or unsharpened.  Standard pencil sharpeners make the tip too long to fit well into the compact holder, but they can be made to work, just aren't as stable.

The top half sits on a peg into the bottom and rotates around.  It is snug so stays still, but still rotates nicely with a bit of pressure.  The phone camera sits in the top slot.  It is sized for my Galaxy A71 phone in a basic case, though it should fit a variety of similar models in cases.  There isn't really a weight limit concern as the legs are quite stable, but it just sits in the slot (vertical or horizontal), so shifting can be a problem if you aren't careful.  Remote shutters work great (try the volume down button on your Bluetooth headphones).

The bottom prints as-is, but the top needs to print upside down.  No supports are needed, and it is a quick print, about an hour either half.  Compact for travel, just remember to pack the pencils too.

I printed on a Creality Ender 3v3 SE with a 0.4nozzle and .20 layer height.  Varying the parameters might make the holes larger or smaller due to different tolerances.  If there's junk in the holes, I had a pocket-knife's corkscrew pull them out and clean up any burrs.

Adjusting the level could be done in fine adjustments by sharpening the pencils slightly.
