Rack mount for HP Mini PCs. Must use the 30x46x108 mm power adapters and flat AC cables. Other power adapters will not fit the channel. See pics #3 and #6 to see how the AC adapter fits into the shell.
Tested with Prodesk/Elitedesk G3-G5. G6 and later might work, but I the profiles are pretty close to the case, and I don't know if they are the same shape. The PCs are held in with countersunk M4x8 screws (I think. Might be M4x6) using the VESA mounting holes. The rack ears can also optionally be held in with M4x8 screws. Everything should friction fit together quite tightly though.
See pic #7 for suggested print orientation. The shell will need supports for the dovetails.
This print will use quite a lot of filament. About 550 grams per full rack unit, or 330 grams per half rack unit. Feel free to modify the design to use less filament though. Could easily remove a big circle from the center of the shell and retain the same amount of rigidity.
