I would suggest printing in PETG, and a minimum of 4 perimeters.
You will need minimal supports to support the overhangs. I like organic, but that is up to you.
You will also need two M5 machine screws and either (1) two heat-set inserts, or (2) M5 two nuts. If you use nuts, the screw needs to exceed 16mm, and if you use heat-set inserts, you should use 16mm.
You will need to disassemble the stock mount, and use the latching portion. In order to install this, you'll need two more machine screws of M2 size.

Added variant with a flat back as to not capture the rack bar for more compatibility.

Added Version 1.2, which reduces the overall width by 4mm to better fit some racks. Hole spacing remains the same.
Variant added for version without threaded inserts.
Variant added for captive M5 nuts.
Spacers added that can be scaled in slicer to accommodate panniers or baskets.
Moved holes slightly more centered on variants without the cutout for the bar (i.e. "solid" variants).
