Its a headband that comes in 3 parts! I made it for a NPC cosplay for one of my friends, and decided to upload it.
Instructions:
1. take connector, put it in the top part
2. take the connector part (now in the top piece in it) and put it into the bottom part
3. put it on your head
Edit: Remade the bottom, making it more sturdy.
Removed previous bottom, as it was poorly designed
