This is my design of a shooting patch dispenser,
BOM:
- Printed Parts
- Plastic sheet(optional for windows)
- 3x M3 Flat Head Screw (25-27mm or ~1 Inch) - For the Single Dispenser Version
OR
3x M3 Flat Head Screw (~50mm) - For the Double Dispenser Version
Printing recommendations:
- Lay bottom or top flat
- Use supports the side
- Material: ABS/PETG
- Layerheight 0.2mm
Size is optimized for Krawikett 19mm patches (roll contains 1000 patches) or for less than half the price those 19mm patches on aliexpress , other brands should also fit, otherwise you can easily alter dimensions/modify the attached Fusion360 file.
Some e.g. aliexpress patch rolls are tight in the dispenser, just unroll some meters helps.
The Fusion 360 file also contains a sketch to add initials for some personalization, you can use it optionally.
Tips and Tricks
Handling
- For easier loading just rip of the tip of the tape in an steep angle, its leasier to fiddle in.
Postprocessing
- Take a thin and sharp blade (e.g. Box Cutter) and free the dispenser hole from debris/sacked down bridges.
Windows (OPTIONAL)
- If you plan on using it outdoors in dusty/dirty environments, you can use the cutting jig to cut out plastic windows that you can glue into the window openings.

Update 30th April 2024: Added an alternative “top” part to enhance the experience for users of sticker tape that is spooled upside-down/reversed.
(The tape should feed straight into the dispenser slot, it should first bend on the outside to remove the stickers from the roll)
Update 17th September 2024: Added a double dispenser version, if you use shooting patches of two colors (or just want to have more patches for your disposal)
