Materials
- 4x M3x3 heat set inserts (short)
- 4x M3x10 socket head screws
Print the LED light guide with transparent PETG. You can find a nice guide here: https://www.printables.com/model/15310-how-to-print-glass
Preparation
- Put M3 heat set inserts into holes - make sure the ones with the slightly thinner walls don't shift
- Glue the light guide into place
Assembly
- Remove Heatsink and backplate
- Insert Buttons into top half
- Insert PCB into top half
- Place backplate onto PCB
- Place bottom half on top
- Screw halves together
- Apply fresh thermal compound
- Mount Heatsink
