I saw a wall mount for skateboards in Amazon and got inspired to design a model, easy to print but fully functional.
This model should be printed in pairs and printing more pairs will allow you to stack them horizontally to have more skateboard in the wall.
I printed first prototypes in PLA and felt very sturdy, so I guess you can use PLA if they are away from the sun or heat sources. My final prints were made using ASA and they work like very well.
This are the main settings I use in case you want to tweak there and there:
- Nozzle: 0.6mm
- Layer height: 0.48mm
- Layer width: 0.8mm
- Infill: 25% to 35% (although I think this is too much since skateboards are not that heavy)
- No Cooling (this is just for ASA)
- Supports: No.
