Printing:

Recommended layer height for everything PLA is 0,1mm with no supports, print orientation: “front”-threads down “back”-flat face down(duh) “section”-smaller diameter down. There are two TPU parts, both are printed in vase mode with 0,2mm layer height, the bumper has no bottom layers and the seal has two ( you have to partially cut the bottom layers off after printing so that they create the trap door) the seal is printed with the smaller face on the build plate.

Assembly: the nib unit has to be aligned so that the the top of the nib is in line with the bump on the section the way it's on the picture, the tpu bumber is friction fit after the converter is already in. the tpu seal is also friction fit and you just have to align it properly and push it into place with a pencil or something. The ring on the back part of the pen should pop off after a little prying wiht a screwdriver and thread onto the front part. easy as

This could prolly be written a bit more neatly but I should also really be studying for a midterm rn, if anything is unclear feel free to ask in a comment.
