This is a quick and easy print for a last second halloween costume (prints in 1 to 2 hours). Simply print the part flat with PLA and then thermo-form to fit your face. Thermo-form by immersing the PLA print in hot water and molding it to fit your face.
Utilize the included holes for an elastic strap.
Mask was designed to have a 40mm space between inner corners of the eyes. Mask is 232mm wide, which fit on my 200x200 bed diagonally.
I have included the OpenSCAD (used version 2019.05) source code as well as the SVG sketches used to develop the shape.
PRINT SETTINGS:
Printed solid using bottom/top layers (model thickness is only 1.2mm total -- i.e. 6 layers at 0.2mm). Mask is 232mm wide, which fit on my 200x200 bed diagonally.
White version was printed in Zyltech Ceramic White PLA. Alternate version was printed in Prusament Galaxy Black PLA.
