You'll need twelve 5/32" (4mm) steel balls for this.
Print Settings
- Layer height 0.2mm or less (0.1mm works better)
- Random and/or scarf seams (reduces internal bumps
Assembly
- set the bottom half of the inner ring inside the outer ring
- push the balls into place
- push the top half of the inner ring onto the bottom half of the inner ring
I've included the OpenSCAD source in case you need to modify or remix.
Update: Added a smaller ring that uses 1/8" (3mm) balls.
