I scaled the original model by jarvizar up so more details are visible, fixed the STL a bit and added the water layer as a base. So you either need at least a dual extruder printer or a filament change in the print.

It has a bit of play in the frame so scaling it up by about 1mm could help. Due to the print time and material usage I didn't print a second one to verify this.
3mf file is the prusa slicer project so you can reassign extruders, STL is just the somewhat fixed model.
