I would like to thank everyone who gave me feedback, they were a great help in the improvements I'm making to the machine.
And I want to apologize to everyone who has already started the project encountered problems, but as we all know it was and still is a work in progress...

That being said, I want to leave here a note to everyone who, to help me, bought the complete model that I have in my etsy store and on my website, you can send me an email and I'll send you the new design with the updates from Version 2

Redesign:

  • Redesigned the motherboard case to accommodate more space inside, as well as opening for power cord and aviation connectors, I added two fans...

  • Redisigned the LCD box to solve the previous problems, added emergency stop and ON/OFF button. And also the LDC is lower to accommodate stock parts which are longer than the machine itself.

  • Added some improvements for cable management.

  • Changed the machine feet to add more rigidity to the frame and also to accommodate stock parts which are longer than the machine itself as mentioned above.

  • Improved the laser mount system to get rid of some overhangs and adjust tolerances.

  • There are no more mechanical limit switches, I concluded that with everyday use it is not necessary.

  • Solved the problem of the holes of the stepper motors.

  • Solved the problem of wide holes in the "Belt Holder"

  • Added clearance to the drag chain aluminum guides.

  • Improvement in Acrylic Shield so it can be opened when needed.
