There are tons of lazy susan models available online, but none that truly spoke to me. So I had fun modeling this one. One day I'll make a motorized version.

Dimensions

  • Top is 150mm in diameter (<6")
    • This could easily be adapted to different sizes. Message me if you'd like a different size. I might make out that maxes out my 220mm buildplate.
  • Height will vary based on the hardware you get, but my dimensions are:
    • Without feet ~25mm (~1") assembled
    • With feet ~32mm  (~1.25") assembled

Links to some of specific parts I used are included below.

Printing - PLA

  • Layer Height: 0.2mm
  • Top/bottom layers: 4/4
  • Walls: 3 Inner/Outer/Inner
  • Infill: 20% cubic
  • Supports: none
  • Bottom Part: ~47g
  • Top Part: ~75g

Parts List

Optional Feet

  • 4x - M3x8mm screws
  • 4x - M3x4mm heat set inserts
  • 4x - Rubber feet (I used “cutting board” rubber feet)

Assembly

  1. Insert the heat set inserts
    • 4x M4 inside the top
    • 4x M4 inside the bottom
    • Optional feet: 4x M3 under the bottom part
  2. Screw in the bearing to the inside the bottom part first
  3. Place the bottom inside the top portion, and rotate it to position the large hole in a way you can see the inserts in the top portion through it.
  4. Line up the holes and screw in the last 4x M4 screws through the large hole
  5. Install the feet underneath

Printed with Eryone Marble PLA and Jayo Black PLA+
