Print how you like, though check the measurements of your plates and scale to size!
I recommend a strong filament if you have large plates like I do to prevent bending over time, I used PETG-CF and it has lasted 2 months so far with no deformities!
I simply attached the rack to the base of my cupboard with some 3M double sided tape on each end and I've had no issue.
