Hi everyone,
may I present to you, a modified version of the segmenter (r4) for multicolor print.
The segmenter is a part of the MMU3 buffer.
In segmenter-R4-separates-models.3mf are all letters separated, so you can easily print single letters in your desired color.
Segmenter-R4-multicolor-mk3S+MMU2S.3mf is a prepared project for PrusaSlicer with MK3S+ and a MMU2S unit and includes all .stl files.
Presets:
0,2mm quality, 20% infill, Filament PETG
MMU Slot 1 → Numbers and "Prusa"-text (I used polymaker polylite PETG white)
MMU Slot 2 → "BUFFER" text (Prusament PETG orange)
MMU Slot 3 → "ORIGINAL" text (Prusament PETG Antracit Grey)
MMU Slot 4 → Not used
MMU Slot 5 → Main body (Prusament PETG Jet Black)
These settings are also in the gcode.
The print starts with white (Filament 1 → Numbers and Prusa text). Please make sure that the first color has already a clean extrusion.
In the newer updated version, numbers and text are complete visible even the v4 segments are installed.
