This is a remix of the "2-layer gift box"
The 2-layer box took too much time for me, and I had already achieved a good result with just one layer, but I had lost the settings.
After a good number of tries, nevertheless, I managed to achieve the original result again.
The first prerequisite, however, is an excellently adjusted 1st layer. Then you should also bear in mind that different types of PLA often require different print settings.
The temperature should be in the upper range of the specified range, the speed rather slow. This is to ensure that the individual sheets adhere well to each other,
otherwise they will tear apart when the print is removed. The adhesion of the individual PLA filament types is also very different. Silk filaments adhere particularly strongly to the PEI surface, which often leads to problems during removal. It proved helpful to apply glue-spray before the print to the plate on the one hand, and on the other hand to briefly cool the corner with an inverted compressed air spray when detaching at a tip (at the "buttonhole") after the print, which causes it to lift off on its own. This makes it easy to get under the edge with a thin and flexible scraper (e.g. https://www.printables.com/de/model/795327-big-thin-things-flexible-scraper ).
With the scraper underneath, repeat the procedure with short bursts of cold compressed air, which will allow the layer to be removed easily. If the adhesive is particularly resistant, carefully remove it under warm water. If waves or grooves have formed, place on a plate heated to approx. 90° and "iron" with a paper handkerchief in the direction of the track. Then allow to cool slowly. Nevertheless, with different printers and different PLA filaments, it may be necessary to try a few times.
If it doesn't work, go to https://www.printables.com/de/model/781379-2-layer-giftbox , there you can find a 2-layer box.

Material: PLA

Layers: 0.2

Supports: of course no,

And for "hard cases", and for those who are looking for a fixed model, a  3-layer box is to find under https://www.printables.com/de/model/845227-3-layer-giftbox

DE:
was oft zu Problemen beim Ablösen führt.
