The BentoBox is a fine air cleaner using both carbon and HEPA filters with fan-powered air movement. The RailCore printers (and perhaps others) use 1515 extrusion as framing material, and I wanted the BentoBox stack to fit more tightly against the rear of the printer. To facilitate that, I re-mixed the base (using FreeCAD) to allow for the 1515 extrusion. I also created attachment points for the BentoBox base to attach to the 1515 extrusion. I created holes on each end for fan wiring passthrough.
You will need supports for the area above the 1515 extrusion. I prefer organic supports. If you choose “Supports Everywhere” PrusaSlicer will recommend supports for the 8mm wiring holes and the filleted heat-set insert posts. I find supports in those locations unncessary. And yes, this model does require 4 heat-set insert, same as the original.
I used PETG and printed with a 0.4 nozzle at 0.2 layer height. I used 15% gyroid infill.
