This is kind of a kitbash of two different models put together. Mainly it's the Trident Inverted Electronics mod stepper mount with the cable channel from a Stevebuilds modified stepper mount. This works really well with spacers if you're not using steppers with integrated leadscrews and even without spacers the cable should still route under the deck panel fine.
This will allow you to run a usb cable down the front extrusion of the printer and into the electronics bay for use with a web cam.
Because of how small the mount is for the inverted electronics mod you will be able to see the cable from out the back of mount but it won't be super visible and it's not really an angle you'll see often.
I don't know if this is a problem with other USB cables but the one I got for my webcam was a tight in the channel. This could be a problem is your USB cable is particularly thick. I doubt this is a problem with stuff like wires for steppers or chamber LEDs.
