The attached example is based on a Hilbert Curve with a recursion depth of 5, coded in OpenSCAD. Depth 5 seems like a nice balance, but may be increased or decreased as desired.
Attached 3mf+gcode adds ironing, and uses an Input Shaper profile for the Prusa MINI.
